The company has expressed its intention to collect Taka 2 crore from the capital market offering 2 Crore (Two Crore) shares to issue share prices at Taka 10 as face value. The company’s earning Per Shares (EPS) Taka 1.41 and Net Asset Value (NAV) Taka 14.61 according to the audited financial statement of 30 June 2015.

COMPANY NAME:

Yeakin Polymer Ltd. (also called “YPL”) is a PP Woven bagging plant, an effort of vertically integrated diversification of Yeakin Group since 2001. The Company has been incorporated on the 8th February, 2001 as a Public Limited Company. It May be noted here that the company was converted into a Private Limited Company on 10th November, 2003 and again it was re-converted into a Public Limited Company on 15th May, 2012. The Name of the Company was changed on 15th December, 2010 from Yeakin Business Limited to Yeakin Polymer Ltd. The Company is producing and trading of various kinds of woven bags/sacks such as PP/PE Liner, Nylon Bag, Shopping Bag, etc. both in local and international market. YPL obtained certificate ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 from Bureau of Assessment Services.

PROCESS OF BUSINESS:

The Company has a vertically integrated producing system starting from polymer yearn from Thermoplastic molding compound, yearn to weaving, coating or lamination of PP woven fabric, printing and sewing. This system provides the needed flexibility to meet varied requirement of the customers.

The Company has the experience of development and manufacture FIBC (Jumbo bag), multiply kraft paper and woven PP bag for packing building materials, cement, fertilizer, rice, animal & fish feed, salt, food grain, etc.
